Welcome to Glowster. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website glowster.co.in and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. About Us

Glowster is a Noida-based cleaning and hygiene products company, supplying handwash, floor cleaner, glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, dishwash, and white phenyl to businesses and households across Delhi NCR.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or filling any form
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the functioning of the website
  • Not copy, reproduce, or resell any content from this website without our written permission

3. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations in product appearance may occur.
  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of any pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch.

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of yourself or your business.
  • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway partner. Glowster does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or as per the terms agreed for bulk/B2B orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

5. Bulk & B2B Orders

For bulk orders placed via our Contact Us form or Bulk Quote request, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines will be shared separately and confirmed with the customer before order processing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Delhi NCR, including Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Delhi.
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on order size and location.
  • Glowster is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of cleaning and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Glowster and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glowster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our products should be used strictly as per the instructions provided on the packaging.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
