At Glowster, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality cleaning and hygiene products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns or replacement requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or leaked product received

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Change of mind after product opening
  1. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds may be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or agreed payment option
  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

In eligible cases, Glowster may provide product replacement instead of refund.
