- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns or replacement requests may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or leaked product received
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used or partially used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Change of mind after product opening
- REFUND PROCESS
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds may be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or agreed payment option
- REPLACEMENT POLICY
In eligible cases, Glowster may provide product replacement instead of refund.
