Returns
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@glowster.co.in along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of cleaning chemicals and hygiene products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Bulk or customized orders.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
